Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd. launches Flexible PLUS Program, aimed at wealthy foreign investors with high purchasing powers. This program will stimulate cash flow and help to recover the Thai economy that was impacted by Covid-19.
Yuthasak Subasorn, TAT Governor and Chairman of the Board of Directors, Thailand Privilege Card, announced that the Flexible Plus Program investment principle has been approved as per the cabinet resolution of 19 October 2021. This program gives Thailand Privilege Card holders privileges to work according to terms and conditions. It is intended to encourage foreign investors to invest Thailand.
Royal Thai Government Gazette published the Ministry of Interior’s announcement on Flexible Plus Program privileges. This allows foreign Thailand Privilege Card holders to remain in Thailand and be granted a work permit through the Flexible Plus program. To encourage overseas investment and to help recover from the economic downturn that Covid-19 has caused in Thailand, the so-called investment scheme was created.
Foreign investors who are eligible for Flexible Plus Program, Thailand Privilege card member and a membership package of 10 years or more. Existing membership must be valid for at least five years. The membership fee is limited to one million baht and holders who have paid a membership fee of more than one million baht. The privilege is available to Elite Ultimate Privilege, Elite Superiority Extension, and Elite Privilege Access. You must have at least one million dollars in order to invest within the first year after approval or registration.
Foreign investors are not allowed to invest in Thailand, except 1. Real estate 2. Limited Company or Public Company Limited. Stock Exchanges in Stock Exchange of Thailand (other entities authorized by the Securities and Exchange Commission). The target countries are China and Japan, UK, Hong Kong (Russia), France, USA, Singapore, etc.
Flexible Plus has been introduced by TAT offices and overseas government agencies, along with online marketing programs. 27 sales agencies cover markets in Asia and the USA. The launch in the Euro zone markets is expected to take place by the end this year.
Yuthasak stated that the Flexible Plus Program will be launched in 2022. It is designed to increase foreign investment in Thailand, and to help boost flows of economic activity. The indirect benefits that foreign investors and their family members can enjoy from spending on Thailand’s tourism, accommodation, food and beverage, and other expensive products and services are in addition to direct benefits.

The Flexible Plus Program provides investment incentives and motivation for Thailand Privilege Card members. The program offers premium lifestyle benefits and stimulates foreign investment in Thailand.
President of Thailand Privilege Card Co. Ltd. Chandhaluk Heesawat announced that Thailand Privilege Card has over 16,000 registered members and is growing. Flexible Plus Program members have the opportunity to exchange their PE Visa to Non-B Visas, extend their Work Permit for five years, and exchange their Non Immigrant Visas for legal spouses or children under 20 years old (maximum three children). These privileges are valid for five years and include entitlement to main card privileges.
Participants in Thailand Privilege Card must report to Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd each year, for five consecutive years, beginning at the start of investment.
