Mediation services
Check your contract length!
You might only wish to be in Leicester for term-time (41 weeks or 42 weeks for undergraduates), but private rental contracts can often last for a whole year. This could mean that you end up paying 11 weeks of rent that you don’t actually need.
We at the University are committed to protecting the safety, health, and well-being of all our students, staff, and visitors during the COVID-19 pandemic. Some areas of our halls may need to be closed, such as common rooms, sports facilities, and study areas. These decisions are made in accordance with UK government guidelines.
